Shipping costs & minimum order value

The delivery takes place from an order value of 400, - € net freight-free within Germany, without islands. The risk of transport is transferred to the customer upon handover to the forwarding agent.
For domestic orders below 400,- € order value we charge a flat rate of 8,- € for processing and shipping.
Minimum order value for the 1st order within Germany is 200,- €, for abroad 500,- €

For Austria, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium the following percentage-based freight charges apply:

• • below 1500,- € order value a 5% surcharge on the list price applies
  • from 1500,- € order value a 3% surcharge on the list price applies
  • from 5000,- € order value the list price applies, without surcharge

The surcharge includes free delivery, payments are to be made free of charges.

Other international shipments from the Neunkirchen warehouse at list prices (ex works)

We issue customs documents free of charge for non-EU countries for orders of €1,000 or more. The customer is responsible for returning the proof of export, as otherwise we will have to charge VAT retrospectively.

A delivery note is included with every consignment. The invoice is sent by email and, on request, can also be included with the consignment in printed form.
